Privacy Policy

1. Controller and contact

BBKS s.r.o., Mlynske Nivy 80A, 82105 Bratislava, Slovakia, IČO 48309052, is responsible for personal data processed by us in connection with UnloopMe. Contact bbks.sro@gmail.com for privacy requests.

2. Your habit history stays on your device

The app stores selected habits, onboarding answers, goals, plan changes, dated entries, confirmations, reminders and access status locally. The app and its widgets share an iOS App Group container protected by iOS data protection. This information can reveal sensitive routines. We do not upload habit history or onboarding answers to BBKS or an analytics provider, and we do not operate a cloud history database. Local processing provides the features you request.

3. Apple purchases and previous sign-in

StoreKit communicates with Apple to retrieve products, confirm purchases and restore access. We do not receive your payment-card details. A separate app login is not required. If you previously signed in in a test build, its local identity and credentials may remain in the iPhone Keychain until you disconnect them in Profile. We no longer automatically sign you in. Apple and Google process any existing provider account under their own privacy notices; disconnecting a previous sign-in does not cancel your App Store subscription.

4. Widgets, notifications and diagnostics

Widgets show the selected habit and counts on your Home Screen; anyone who can view your screen may see them. Reminders require notification permission and are scheduled locally. Their text does not include habit names or counts. Change permissions in iPhone Settings or remove widgets at any time. Apple may process platform and TestFlight diagnostics according to its notices and your settings. UnloopMe has no advertising SDK, advertising identifier collection or session recording.

5. Support and website

If you contact support, we receive your email address and the information you choose to include. Send only what is necessary; do not send passwords or payment-card details. We use support data to respond to your request and provide the service (contract), handle legal obligations, and protect legitimate interests in resolving disputes and maintaining security. Our support mailbox is provided by Google. Public support and legal pages use Netlify hosting. Hosting providers process ordinary technical request data, such as IP addresses and browser information, to deliver and secure the pages. We do not add advertising or behavioural analytics to this website.

6. Retention and deletion

Local history remains until you delete it or remove the app; device or computer backups can retain earlier copies under your settings. Keychain items can survive uninstalling. Profile → Privacy & my data lets you export and delete local history. A previous Google connection can be revoked there; Apple access can be revoked in iPhone Settings → your name → Sign in with Apple. We retain support correspondence for up to 24 months after a request is resolved, unless a longer period is necessary for a legal obligation or a specific dispute. Deleting app data does not cancel your subscription or delete data held independently by Apple.

7. Your rights and choices

Where applicable, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing. You may withdraw consent for optional processing without affecting earlier lawful processing. Contact bbks.sro@gmail.com. We respond within the applicable statutory period, normally one month. You may complain to the Slovak Office for Personal Data Protection or your local supervisory authority. Because your habit history stays on your device, we cannot access or recover it remotely.

8. Providers, transfers and updates

Apple, Google and hosting providers may process technical or support data outside the European Economic Area under their own service arrangements. Where we engage a processor for an international transfer, we use an applicable lawful transfer mechanism, such as an adequacy decision or Standard Contractual Clauses. Contact us for information about applicable safeguards. UnloopMe is for adults; we do not knowingly collect children’s data. We update this notice before enabling materially different uses of data.
